We are seeking to appoint a personable, suitably qualified individual with experience in networked systems and user support in an office environment.
You must have excellent organisational and communication skills and be a strong team player. You will be a confident and highly proficient user of IT, particularly MS Office, and will have a good understanding of LAN and WLAN Networking principles and protocols.
You will provide the local and ?first line? response to requests for IT and Telephony allocation and support from staff located in the Regional Centre, liaising with Central IT as appropriate. You will ensure regional compliance with the University?s IT codes of practice and policies.
