An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Human Resources Development team, which provides a high quality learning and development service across the University.

You will be responsible for providing an internal consultancy service to ensure that learning and development needs are accurately diagnosed and addressed. You will develop an understanding of the priorities and constraints of the faculties and departments you work with and contribute to the design, planning and delivery of development solutions. You will build effective relationships with your internal customers and support them in identifying the root causes of people development issues. You will work with senior stakeholders and colleagues across HR to ensure that managers are supported in developing and maximising their people resource.

You will have a broad knowledge of working as a development consultant or in a learning and development role and have excellent interpersonal, relationship building and facilitation skills.
